After payment you'll complete a short onboarding form with:

The more examples you provide, the more personalized your FLOW Framework will be.

How long does setup take?

Most FLOW Framework setups are delivered between 5 - 7 business days of receiving your onboarding materials.

You'll receive your custom Claude Skill, workflow setup, and training video as soon as everything is ready.

Do I have to use Claude, Metricool, and Notion?

Yes and no.

The FLOW Framework is built around Claude because that's where your custom content skill will live.

If you'd rather store your content somewhere else, I can have the outputs organized in a Google Drive folder, Google Doc, or another simple location instead of Notion.

However, I do not build custom templates for other scheduling platforms. Your content workflow is designed to work with Metricool, and the upload template I provide is specifically built for Metricool.

The system is designed around the tools I know work well together, which helps me keep the setup simple, affordable, and easy to maintain.

If you're happy using Claude and Metricool, you'll get the best experience.

Is this a subscription?

Will you create the content for me?

No.

I'll build your custom Claude Skill, organize your content workflow, and show you exactly how to use it.

From there, you'll use the system to generate your own captions, posts, content ideas, and weekly content plans.

Think of it like getting a personalized content assistant trained on your business.

You still decide what gets published, make any final edits, and schedule your content.

If you'd rather have someone handle the content creation and scheduling for you, Build Your FLOW™ may be a better fit.

What if I don't use Metricool yet?

No problem.

You'll need a free Metricool account to use the scheduling workflow exactly as designed, but setting one up is quick.

If you already use another scheduler, you're welcome to continue using it. You'll still receive all of your content outputs and your custom Claude Skill and you can later ask it to fit that platform's template.

The only thing I don't provide is a custom upload template for platforms other than Metricool.

What if I hate writing content?
